If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason whatsoever, you can return it to Snipe within 14 days of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Customized Products
There is no return, exchange or refund, unless your product has a manufacturing fault and is damaged. Customized products are final sale.
Please inspect your items upon delivery, if for some reason we have missed a problem, please let us know within 3 days of receipt. After 3 days, no replacements will be given.
Please note fonts and colors can vary, and we are not able to return or redo any item if you are not happy with the way that a letter or color looks. Please be aware that actual colors may vary slightly from images shown due to monitor and screen settings.
All decals are measured per inch by the longest side. Snipe is not responsible if you are not happy with the font, size (of clothing or decals), or color you chose.
In the unlikely event that your item is damaged you can return it for an exchange or refund to your original payment method (within 14 days from the date of dispatch). Please remember it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
